Overseas Shopping Process

Step 1：

Add the items you like to the shopping cart and take a screenshot, then send a private message to the A in B Shop Facebook or Instagram page with the screenshot.

Step 2：

Provide your full shipping information as follows:
Recipient Name:
Contact Phone Number (including area code):
Postal Code (e.g. 0000 for Hong Kong):
Address (including floor, room/unit number, street, alley etc.):
City of Recipient:

Step 3：

The editor will send you a link to calculate the shipping fee. Add this shipping fee as an item to your cart, then proceed to checkout.

Notes for Overseas Orders

1. All prices are listed in Taiwan dollars. Only online credit card payment is accepted for overseas orders. Transaction fees, exchange rates and refund fees depend on your issuing bank's policies.

2. Overseas orders are not eligible for any free shipping promotions.

3. Overseas orders will be shipped via airmail parcel through Chunghwa Post.

4. Due to the complicated overseas return process, no returns or exchanges are provided. Please carefully confirm the color and size before placing your order, as completing the order indicates agreement to this policy.

5. Shipping example: For delivery location, select "Taiwan台灣/Taipei City台北市/100 Zhongzheng District中正區/Enter destination country as address". For shipping method, select "Home Delivery宅配". For payment, select "Credit Card信用卡", and enter your full shipping details in the order remarks.

6. Please note that items containing batteries cannot be exported overseas. Thank you for your understanding.
